1. Information we collect

When you place an order, create an account or subscribe to our newsletter we collect contact information (name, email, shipping address, phone number) and payment details processed securely by our payment provider.

We also collect anonymous usage data such as the pages you visit on our site, the browser you use, and your approximate location, to help us improve the experience.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to process orders, deliver products, provide customer support, and — only with your permission — send you product updates, offers and educational content about cellular health.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Cookies and tracking

MARAX uses cookies to remember your cart, understand site usage and run anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features (cart, checkout, account) may stop working.

4. Data security

All payment information is encrypted in transit and processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Account passwords are stored hashed and salted — we cannot read your password.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing communications at any time. Email support@MARAX.co with your request and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

MARAX products are intended for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us their data, please contact us so we can delete it.
